The Professional pay scale for Youth and Community Workers is JNC.
Is this so with your particular community work post?

The purpose of this Survey is to research the present varied pattern of pay and conditions. Are we content to see these contribute to a downward progression in our occupational standards evident with restructuring, downgrading of posts when recruiting replacements. and in some cases, as money saving devices, using unqualified staff to fulfil those responsibilities usually undertaken by qualified community workers?
